Cancellation and Refund Policy - Please Read
Naturopathic consultations require 24 hours notice for any cancellations to avoid the cost of a cancellation fee. Cancellations within 24 hours of the agreed appointment time will be charged cancellation fee equal to 50% of the consultation fee.
Failure to show up for the appointment will incur 100% of the consultation fee. It is the responsibility of the client to keep appointments and provide notice as early as possible if rescheduling is required. If for any reason I realise that I cannot make a scheduled appointment, I will provide as much notice as possible. In this case you will not be charged a cancellation fee, and we will reschedule to a mutually convenient time. If we are unable to find a mutually convenient time to reschedule and you have already paid for the consultation I will offer you a refund.
Payment Terms
Payments for consultations will be done securely via Stripe. I will collect your card details at first appointment and they will be securely saved on encrypted software (Stripe). This saved payment method will be used to bill your subsequent consultations automatically after the consultation, and a receipt will be sent with your treatment plan if this is applicable. (This does not pertain to packages purchased).
Privacy & Confidentiality Policy
Any personal information shared with me through this website is strictly private and confidential. However, under extreme circumstances I may need to disclose personal information about you; for example if I am required to do so under law; to government or law enforcement officials in the course of a legitimate legal request or in the investigation of a suspected crime; if I feel that disclosure is required to prevent physical or financial harm to anyone; to establish/exercise/defend my legal responsibilities / rights; or with your full and informed consent. Personal information is always stored securely. A more comprehensive privacy & confidentiality document is being drafted and will be available upon completion.
My Rights & Responsibilities: The information provided on this website has been attained as part of my BhSc. Naturopathy in addition to comprehensive personal research.
