Here are the options for new clients wishing to work with me:
Foundations of Health course
I advise all clients to consider starting with my four-week Foundations of Health course before further work together.
It sets the groundwork for us to work together more effectively (you might not even need me after all!) through the fundamentals of nutrition, movement and lifestyle.
The four week course is a distillation of everything I’ve learnt through my years consulting with thousands of clients, and provides accessible, realistic, step-by-step guidance to begin your healing journey.
Book your free Assessment
This 15 minute phone call is an opportunity for me to assess your symptoms, and for to give you complimentary general advice and information about how naturopathy may assist you.
We will discuss how I would approach your treatment, advise you on the services we provide as well as guidance on costs. We want to make sure you are in confident you are in the right place and that we are the right fit for each other.
Initial consult
if you want to work 1:1 straight away this option is for you. An initial is a 60-75 minute consult and includes a pathology review + nutrition plans

*Note complex cases that go for longer will be charged accordingly, if complex please book in a discovery call first
